For yoga students with min. 1 year of practice, advanced students, and yoga teachers.

At 90 years young, Tao Porchon-Lynch’s motto is, “There is nothing we cannot do.” A master teacher and Renaissance woman who studied with B. K. S. Iyengar, Indra Devi, and others, Tao teaches how we can overcome personal hardships and challenges by focusing on the present.

This weekend, Tao’s sessions will be accompanied by John Guth’s divine music. A gifted artist, John will play the Hang, a steel percussion instrument; guitar; and frame drum as you experience a symphony of breathing, twists, stretches, vinyasa sequences, and meditation. You will

* Tap into your energy to create unity of breath, body, mind, and spirit
* Participate in vinyasa sequences drawn from the classic teachings of B. K. S. Iyengar
* Receive inspiration from the spiritual teachings of Ramakrishna and Vivekananda
* Explore how the bandhas enhance a strong foundation in body and mind
* Learn to integrate chakras, bandhas, breath, and movement
* Enjoy John’s heavenly music and stories from Tao’s life.

Men and women of all ages are welcome in this program that will leave you refreshed and invigorated, with new ways to approach your practice of yoga.
